Friday: Consistent Failure…
With the alarm. Oh well. I will work on it after Thanksgiving. As if the alarm failure wasn’t enough, I thought I still had time for my 5 mile run until I realized that my first conference call was at 8am instead of 9am. Oops. And then I had calls until 1030, plus a drop-in call after that. So I didn’t head out the door until 11am. By then, I could trade my long sleeved shirt for something lighter. The 5 miles got done, but I walked up the big hill that is 7th St.
Run: 5miles / 1:00:50 (12:10 pace)
Breakfast: Coffee and Cinnamon Scone
Snack: Protein Bar
Lunch: Spaghetti O’s. No judging. Remember the ravioli’s from last week? I am trying to go through some things in the cabinet.
Dinner: BBQ Brisket and Sausage, potato salad 2 beers
Snack: Animal Cracker snack mix.
This weekend should be fun. There is a Pampered Chef party. And then IM AZ is Sunday! I can’t wait to see some of those amazing athletes, achieving things I wouldn’t even dream of!
