Friday: Consistent Failure…

It's only a virtue if you're not a screwup. With the alarm.  Oh well.  I will work on it after Thanksgiving.  As if the alarm failure wasn’t enough, I thought I still had time for my 5 mile run until I realized that my first conference call was at 8am instead of 9am.  Oops.  And then I had calls until 1030, plus a drop-in call after that.  So I didn’t head out the door until 11am.  By then, I could trade my long sleeved shirt for something lighter. The 5 miles got done, but I walked up the big hill that is 7th St.

Run: 5miles / 1:00:50 (12:10 pace)

Meals Friday were also off based on a full schedule of conference calls and a off-time run.

Breakfast:  Coffee and Cinnamon Scone

Snack: Protein Bar

Lunch: Spaghetti O’s.  No judging.  Remember the ravioli’s from last week?  I am trying to go through some things in the cabinet.

Dinner: BBQ Brisket and Sausage, potato salad 2 beers

Snack:  Animal Cracker snack mix.

This weekend should be fun.  There is a Pampered Chef party.  And then IM AZ is Sunday! I can’t wait to see some of those amazing athletes, achieving things I wouldn’t even dream of!

About nfoste2245

I am approaching 40 and have been married since my early 20's. I have become more than a little frustrated with having to answer incredibly personal questions about my choice to not have children. It is apparently taboo to talk about religion and politics, but confronting me about my reproductive choices is fair game. It is not a choice I made alone, quickly or lightly. My husband and I made it together. I am not "withholding" children or grandchildren from anyone. There is an astonishing lack of understanding over the idea that it is an actual choice, to have a child or not. There is also an amazing lack of support, discussion and resources for those like me, that have made the choice. This is not a blog for kid-haters, or mocking people for having kids. It is a place where we can talk about living full lives, without kids, and without guilt.
