What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW) 9.05
Breakfast: Coffee and cinnamon swirl cream of wheat.
Lunch: Pork Chop with Sunny Parisian seasoning and sugar snap peas. Tzatziki for dipping.
Snacks: Nectarine, carrots, and a Kind Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan bar.
Dinner: I made enchilada’s! I have never even had an enchilada before. Mostly because they are covered in cheese and I don’t like cheese. But I made them at home and was able to leave the cheese out of my part of the dish. They were good, but need more spike and heat next time.
