Food Friday may have to become Food-Whatever-Day -is-Coolest. I have a coffee cake I have been wanting to try. So family members should be aware it is coming your way as well.
Today is trash/recycling day. Which means after Michael leaves for work, I go around the house and find the rest of the stuff that should have been thrown away or recycled.
I can’t decide if today is a true rest day or a bike day. But I am leaning towards some bike time. Even if it is just around the neighborhood. My goal is to be able to bike to my sisters, about 7 miles away (with a couple of big hills). Then we can just throw the bike in the back of their truck and they can drive me home!
I am also challenging myself to 50 squats and 50 dips a day.
