What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW) 8.22
Breakfast: Coffee and a chocolate chip waffle with peanut butter. I actually had two waffles, but I saved one and had it as an afternoon snack.
Lunch: Steak salad with egg, radish, carrots and ranch dressing. I had part of a steak left in the fridge and didn’t want it to go bad.
Snacks: Nectarine, peach, grapes, carrots and the aforementioned waffle
Dinner: Pork chop with tzatziki sauce and roasted vegetables!
