What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW) 8.8
Breakfast was uninspired. Coffee and a protein bar.
Lunch was a turkey burger with guacamole. And a side of chips and guacamole.
Snacks were a peach and a nectarine. But now that I think about it, I never ate the peach. I had a couple of the neighbors cookies instead.
Dinner was a new jambalya crock pot recipe that I was excited to try. But when I added the rice for the last hour or so, the rice didn’t cook. So I ended up finishing it on the stove. It came out SPICY and I honestly like my other recipe better.
