Food Friday: Pumpkin Scones
In my continued effort to use things up before we leave, I told my friend I would make her Pumpkin Bread. And then I looked in the fridge. I need 4 eggs. I have 3.
So instead, I decided to try and make Pumpkin Scones from the Brown Eyed Baker. Now, I haven’t actually tried to make them yet. And the picture you see is hers. But they look good to me!
I may even try the glaze. You never know.
