What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW) 6.13
Breakfast: Coffee and a protein bar
Lunch: Chunky Chicken Noodle soup and Veggie Sticks (like potato sticks but made out of veggies)
Snack: trail mix bar.
Dinner: Chips and salsa.
It was a CRAZY day at work and it was just dumb luck that I was able to fit the soup in. Here is hoping today goes better.
