And I am so sore today. 6 miles AND a tempo run are on the schedule for today. And I know the soreness will feel better if I go. But right now it is keeping me in the chair with my coffee. I have time. I swear.
I am also on a baking spree today. So there will be plenty to report on Food Friday.
And a note on progress: My progress is my progress. Not yours. So why feel the need to knock it down by stating what YOU can do, which is obviously better that what I can do? What I can do today is better than what I could do yesterday. And that is all I care about. My PROGRESS.
