What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW) 5.16
Breakfast: Coffee and a protein bar
Lunch: Panera’s Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup with a piece of crusty bread and a little bit of butter. I forgot to take a picture, but it kind of looks like the soup below.
Snack: Carrots, an apple, strawberries and a trail mix bar.
Dinner: Is a Cinnamon Crunch bagel from Panera’s.
