Long Run Saturday
No Long Run today. Even if I could do it, it was only 4 miles. So I guess I will bang that out on the elliptical. What do you do when you can’t do your exercise of choice?
I don’t even know really what is on the agenda today. I did most of my errands yesterday.
I do know I need to find a good fajita recipe for tomorrow. A friend is coming over and I was going to do a fajita bar. Or maybe a taco bar! But a healthy version.
Any recipes to share?
