Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Thurs April 19
I want to be THIS relaxed. Or I should say that I WILL BE this relaxed next week.
Mood is pretty good. Counting down to vacation. Although the room I booked is not in the spot I thought it was. We can hope for an upgrade when we get there. The “specialist” I chatted with online was not that much help. But she did state that she put my request in the notes of our reservation. We will see.
Food: I basically had coffee for breakfast. And an apple. Then I had 3 tacquito’s and a handful of chips for lunch. I just put pork chops in the oven with a cream soup kind of sauce. Salty, but should be good.
Fitness: Nothing today so far. But I did find a new training plan for a fall race that will begin as soon as we get back. Tomorrow I have my session with Bryan. It has been a while so I am fully expecting to be hurting! But I wanted to get a session in before leaving.
I need some recommendations on movies I can download for the plane. Whatcha got????
