Breakfast: Coffee and a protein bar. BIG SHOCKER
Lunch: Egg Beaters, Simply Potatoes and Turkey Sausage
Snack: Carrots, apple, chocolate pudding, a PB Sinckerdoodle, a handful of swedish fish.
Dinner: A turkey burger with spicy guacamole on a sandwich thin, sweet potato fries and ranch for dipping
