Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Mon, March 26
Mood is still too crappy to discuss. Let’s move on.
Food: Coffee. Egg beaters, turkey sausage and an english muffin. And then I snacked. There was a pudding, some ice cream. Carrots and a nectarine. Oh, and one chocolate covered pretzel. Not sure what dinner will be.
Fitness: I have walked 3 miles so far and will do one more loop for a total of 4.5.
