Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Mon, March 12
I HATE the time change. Let me say that first. I would rather it be light in the morning. I wake up better that way.
Mood is generally good. I got some things done today. Attended a training class (yawn), did my expenses, ran an errand. Etc. Tonight is a trip to the gym and dinner. Then watch The Voice. But I can’t take any more bad decisions by team Blake.
Food: Breakfast was a slice of coffee cake. Lunch was leftover beef stew and crackers. Then I had a trail mix bar, some carrots and a nectarine. Dinner will be chicken from Trader Joe’s and some sort of carb/veggie.
Fitness: I ran 3 miles this morning (well, about 70/30 on the run/walk ratio). Going to the gym tonight and will do 2 more miles and some abs.
