What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW)
Breakfast was my usual coffee, vitamins, Viactiv, and a protein bar. I don’t know why this works for me so well but it does. And it seems to set a good stage for the rest of the day. Boring, sure. But something about the timing of it and the protein just works.
Lunch was an Egg Beaters scramble with red peppers and onions, turkey sausage and an english muffin with ICBINB and strawberry jam.
Snacks included carrots, an orange, an apple and a handful of my proprietary snack mix of animal crackers, nuts and PB M&M’s.
Dinner was ribeye steak (split between the two of us) a baked potato (again split between us) and sugar snap peas! After dinner was when I actually ate the orange. And I never got around to eating the nectarine. I put the fruit out like this everyday. One, because I don’t like cold fruit (weird, I know) and two because if it is on the counter, I will grab it before something.
