Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Tues, Feb 14
Mood is relatively good. I watched a movie, played with the dogs, did some online training.
Food: Breakfast was a bagel thin with peanut butter and coffee. Then I had an orange. And leftovers from last night were lunch. Then there was a nectarine, an apple, and some carrots. Dinner was flat iron steaks, sweet potato and green bean casserole. There is a cupcake in my future.
Fitness: Trainer today and it didn’t go as well as I would have liked. But I did what I could. He told me not to get discouraged so I will just keep giving him what I can.
