Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Thurs, Feb 9
Mood is GOOD! Why not? Progress was made today and I am happy about that. There is still laundry going but a lot of other things got done as well. I did add things to the list just to cross them off. And I never got around to the movie. Maybe tomorrow (its a Netflix).
Food: Breakfast was coffee and protein bar. Lunch was chicken sausage and a sweet potato. Then I had a trail mix bar and a peach. I am not sure what dinner will be yet. Maybe soup and crackers. Spaghetti O’s (with meatballs of course). I am not sure yet. And there is an apple waiting for me.
Fitness: I tried to go out and run but the legs were saying NO. And since I have a 12-miler to get through on Sat, I decided to wait and go to the gym with Michael to get on the elliptical. And then some good stretching! I did have physical therapy this morning and he did a lot with a medicine ball. And then basically kicked me out and said come back when it hurts. So I guess I graduated!
