Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Wed, Feb 8
The mood seemed to decline as the day went on. But I will survive. You will read why.
Food: Breakfast was coffee and a protein bar. Then I had potstickers for lunch. The order of all of this might be wrong. At some point there was a trail mix bar, a peach, a chocolate covered pretzel, some carrots and then Michael cooked dinner. Chicken breast with noodles and broccoli. I am considering a WW ice cream bar and I have an apple.
Fitness: I met up with J to run when she got out of work. My plan said 7. Hers said 6. I knew at 2 miles that it just wasn’t feeling good. I am sore from the good effort I gave the trainer yesterday. Nothing felt right. Just harder than it needed to be. On the up side, I told her I would get through 3miles and ended up doing 5. So there you go.
