Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Mon, Feb 6
Holy productive day! I did all the dishes, vacuumed upstairs and down, cleaned the litterbox, worked on the closet, ran errands, did 2 (of 3) training courses, walked 3 miles, ran 3 miles and then made dinner.
Mood = It made me tired just to type all of that out, but good.
Food: Breakfast was coffee and a protein bar. Lunch was an egg salad sandwich with some carrots and ranch dressing. I had a peach and a nectarine as snacks. And then a trail mix granola bar. Dinner was late and it was a pork chop with a little bit of ranch, a sweet potato and snap peas. I have some animal crackers in front of me right now. And an apple.
Fitness: The plan said 6 miles. I didn’t really feel like doing all of that at the gym (once I knew Michael wanted to go to the gym) so I walked 3 miles in the neighborhood and then ran 3 miles at the gym. The 3 at the gym had to be the HARDEST 3 miles I have done in a long time. For no reason I can figure out. But I told myself that I would KEEP RUNNING. And I did. So of that, I can be proud.
