Here is an update on things from January.
I ran just over 70 miles, only 21 of them on a treadmill. As a check-in on my New Years Resolution to run outside more, I think I did pretty well in January. I worked out in some way or another 26 of 31 days. I don’t think I accomplished my “increase weekly mileage” goal.
I did very well (according to me) on cleaning through the closets.
I stopped running to the grocery store every Wednesday just because something was on sale. I made lists according to the menu of the week and shopped for what I needed for those meals. Sounds lame, but my cabinets are really improving!
Today is hair appt day. I LOVE hair appt day. 6 miles on the schedule for today.
