Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Fri, Jan 27
Mood: Fine until an hour ago.
Food: Breakfast was coffee and a piece of apple cake. Lunch was a few bites of soup and then a Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein bar. And some carrots. Dinner is corned beef, potatoes, carrots and wine!
Fitness: I had physical therapy today and he had me stretching and doing some light weights. I was able to provide much amusement on how tight my lats are during the stretching portion of the program. But, easy enough to work on at home.
