Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Thurs, Jan 26
Food: Breakfast was coffee and a protein bar. Lunch was cream of chicken wild rice soup from Panera’s. With a piece of bread. And then an apple. I had an egg on an english muffin and will add something else after we get back from the gym.
Fitness: I am heading to the gym even though I am still coughing. Going to do a slow 3 mile walk and then sit in the steam room. This way, I can go to PT tomorrow and not have to do too much else.
