In trying to “catch up” on my training plan, I decided to run twice. I ran 4 miles at lunch (TORTURE) and then another 3 miles last night (BETTER). But boy am I feeling it today. Maybe it was too much.
Today, I see the sports ortho. After getting one possible diagnosis from my PCP, and another from the PT, I decided it was time to see someone who specializes in these things. Call me crazy, but I want to actually know what is wrong before I continue to take meds and jump into a treatment plan.
I am just tired. Can you tell?
