Breakfast: Coffee and vitamins. Probably no the best pre-training fuel, but I just wasn’t in the mood to eat.
Post workout snack was a Jamba Juice Strawberry smoothie (the one from the grocers freezer section) with a scoop of protein powder. It kind of substituted for lunch as well since it took me over an hour to finish it.
Snacks were a new (to me) Nature Valley Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Protein Bar and an Apple. .
Dinner was a boneless pork chop with tzatziki sauce, a sweet potato and sugar snap peas. Kind of like this. And a glass of wine.
