Breakfast: Coffee, vitamins, and a piece of homemade coffee cake.
Lunch was Turkey filets with southwestern hashbrowns and broccoli. I used the tzatziki sauce for the turkey.
Snacks were WAY too many. Chex mix, an apple, some chocolate covered animal crackers and pudding.
Dinner was a tuna casserole. What can I say? I like it.
