Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Wed, Jan 11
I had a decent day. One meeting, the gym and then a good, rainy afternoon. We booked our trip to St. Lucia so that is always nice to have on the horizon. And I booked my airfare for the half marathon in Phoenix in Feb.
Food: Cheerio’s and coffee for breakfast. Leftover tortilla soup and chips for lunch. Another cup of coffee as a “snack”. And then flank steak, sweet potato and snap peas for dinner. With a glass of red wine. And then an orange. More water.
Fitness: Ran 4 miles on the treadmill. My first treadmill miles of the year and was I bored. Did sprints in the last mile just to make it more interesting.
