Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Tues, Dec 20
Today seemed to CREEP by. I got up late, motivated myself to the gym, got cleaned up, had lunch, ran errands and it was STILL only 2;30.
Food: Breakfast was cocoa puffs and coffee. Lunch was leftover turkey chili and tortilla chips. Then I had some animal cracker snack mix, an apple, another cup of coffee and a pretzel. Dinner was crackers and hummus, more snack mix and a bowl of french onion soup.
Fitness: I ran 5 miles in 56 minutes. I was only planning on doing 4 but I squeezed in that extra mile.
Why exactly do things only happen to the person I live with? I mean, when something happens to me, it is nothing. But when then same thing happens to him, it is like a meteor hit the backyard and took out the house and dogs. I am just asking.
