Breakfast: Coffee, vitamins, and a chocolate chip waffle with PB. This was pre-training session and seemed to work well.
Post workout snack was a Jamba Juice Mango smoothie (the one from the grocers freezer section) with a scoop of protein powder.
Lunch was a Fried Egg on a Multigrain Light English Muffin.
Snacks were an apple, a chocolate covered pretzel and some animal crackers mixed with nuts and PB M&M’s.
Dinner was a Irish Banger with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, onions and broccoli.
