Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Fri, Dec 9
Well, I have been dealing with a situation for most of this week and it finally came to resolution this afternoon. It wasn’t the resolution I had hoped for but it did become necessary. Nothing too serious in the scheme of life and it has consumed too much time already this week. So, resolved and moving on.
I am waiting for my dear husband to show up with my dogs and PIZZA. Then there will be beer and hockey. That alone is worth a GOOD mood!
Food: Today has been an odd day for food. Breakfast: Granola Bar. Snack: Pudding. Snack: Strawberry smoothie. Lunch: Apple Chicken Sausage and Sweet Potato. Snack: 1/2 mini coffee cake, handful of Sweet and Salty Trek Mix. Dinner: Cheese pizza and beer.
Fitness: Ran 4 miles in 44:30. Tomorrow is 9 miles. WHEN I get it done (not IF, WHEN) it will be my first 30+ mile week!!!
