Breakfast: Coffee, vitamins, granola bar (pre-run), Nature Valley Thin (in between run and training session), Cream of Wheat (post workout)
Lunch was leftover Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup with some crackers.
Snack was a banana and an apple.
Dinner was a boneless pork chop with tzatziki sauce and some sugar snap peas And it wouldn’t be a Wednesday post if I had remember to take a picture of it. It was kind of like this, except no apples.
