Well, its been better than yesterday. But that wouldn’t take much.
Food: Breakfast: Granola Bar and Egg Sandwich. Lunch: Egg Beaters and Turkey Sausage. Snacks: Apple, Banana and Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles. Dinner: Ribeye Steak, broccoli and wine.
Fitness: 20 minutes stationary bike and weights
