Daily Mood Alert and Food/Fitness: Tues, Dec 6
Food: Breakfast was sandwiched around fitness and included: Granola Bar, Nature Valley Thin, Cream of Wheat. Lunch: leftover soup and crackers. Snack: Banana. Dinner: Boneless pork chop with sugar snap peas, tzatziki sauce and white wine. I have an apple sitting here but it is getting late so I am not sure I will eat it.
Fitness: I ran 3 miles, took a conference call, ran one more mile and then had my training session. I will just leave it at that.
I did get to go see all of the new cats at the adoption center tonight. An exceptionally good looking group of Himalayan’s and Siamese. Watching hockey but we are already down 0-2 to Calgary.
