Food Friday: Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles

It was super simple and I actually had everything I needed in the house. Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles. She calls them Chubby Hubby Truffles.
You mix smooth PB with butter and brown sugar, add some crushed pretzels and then some powdered sugar. Shape them into balls and let them chill in the fridge. Then you dip them in chocolate. Semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips melted with shortening. Or I used the Ghiradelli dipping chocolate that I found at Sam’s recently.
I will definitely keep this recipe handy. It is a great alternative to the classic holiday buckeye or peanut butter ball.
