So I will go through (quickly) what I learned and then I am moving on.
1. Get up earlier to allow time for the coffee to move on through, thus eliminating (get it, hahaha) the need for a porta-potty stop
2. Add in more speedwork and tempo run to learn how to run at different paces
3. Set more realistic goals
I struggle with the last one. I think stretch goals are good. But there needs to be some touch of reality as well. Not meeting some goals will push me to work harder. Not meeting ANY goals could eventually become a reason to quit.
