What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW)
We are at the beach in preparation for my half marathon on 11/13. So the eating is partially in, partially out, seafood heavy (not me) and all over the place. Tuesday, we got up and I managed to get my coffee and vitamins in. And then I figured I should bang out my 4 mile run. But it was more like getting my ass kicked for 4 miles. I got through it. I left my Grumpy mug at home. Too scared of breaking it or leaving it here forever.
Then Michael decided we should visit an old favorite: Stack Em High! It was closer to lunch than breakfast by the time we got there so I called it lunch. 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon and half of 3 pancakes. And water. Then hit swung by the grocery store for mimosa supplies. And milk. And lots of other things that I forgot to bring.
Dinner was a Turkey Burger on a roll with guacamole and some chips and more guacamole.
Guess those 4 miles and 3 walks with the dogs (2 on the beach) will come in handy.
