What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW)
Breakfast: Coffee, vitamins, and a chocolate chip waffle with PB. This was pre-training session and is still working well.
Post workout snack was NOTHING due to work blowing up.
Lunch was leftover cheese pizza, carrots and ranch dressing.
Dinner was pretty much the same. And SHOCKER, no picture either time.
Snack was almonds and cashews mixed with animal crackers and TJ’s mini pb cups.
