Regarding: Choices

If I go here:

And use these:

Then maybe I can have some of this:

Or these:

Or I can lay around and do nothing all day.  It is all about choices.  It is a cutback week for me so no long run.  Only 4 miles on the plan.  Which mean I don’t have all of those extra calories to play with.  The boys are going to the football game (I opted out).   So I can go be a gym rat.  Or I can do less and go see some of the outrageous houses on the Parade of Homes. Or some combination of the two.

Choices.

About nfoste2245

I am approaching 40 and have been married since my early 20's. I have become more than a little frustrated with having to answer incredibly personal questions about my choice to not have children. It is apparently taboo to talk about religion and politics, but confronting me about my reproductive choices is fair game. It is not a choice I made alone, quickly or lightly. My husband and I made it together. I am not "withholding" children or grandchildren from anyone. There is an astonishing lack of understanding over the idea that it is an actual choice, to have a child or not. There is also an amazing lack of support, discussion and resources for those like me, that have made the choice. This is not a blog for kid-haters, or mocking people for having kids. It is a place where we can talk about living full lives, without kids, and without guilt.

  1. Parade of homes?

And I want a cookie soooooo badly. Especially now that I’m all sweaty and tired from my interval workout.

  2. Baking is one of my favorite past times. I especially love to bake in the fall. There are so many yummy treats to bake that make your house smell sooo good 🙂 I am always looking for new things to try. Sometimes they turn out great and other times….well lets just say our dog loves treats 🙂

  3. Thank you so much for this post, I’d just like to say that I love to bake , and Run!! I always tell myself that if I go for my run I can reward myself with a baking treat..It is the only motovation I have 🙂 I start training for a 5k ( my first) tomorrow so I am super excited…What will I bake to celebrate?
