Daily Mood Alert: Thurs, Oct 20
To prove that I am open to feedback, this post will be the last post of each day. I was told that I am “on the computer” too much in the evenings. So while I may check on comments or email from time to time, no more evening posts.
Also, I am trying to consolidate some things so I will report on Food and Fitness in the Daily Mood posts.
Food: As you will see in the fitness report, I have WAY TOO MANY calories to play with today. I feel like I have overeaten already and I still have over 400 left to use. But I will try to keep things in check. Eating has been on track with maybe an exception for the choc chip waffle with pb. Dinner (beef taquito’s and salsa) and a nectarine left on the food agenda.
Fitness: I ran 5 miles this morning in about 57 minutes. And I am heading back to the gym in a bit. Will do 20 min on the elliptical, 20 minutes of weights, some stretching and the sauna.
