What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW)
Breakfast: Coffee, vitamins, and a chocolate chip waffle with peanut butter. This was pre-training session and seemed to work well.
Then lunch was a two chicken apple sausages and broccoli. There were carrots as well.
There were snacks throughout the day. Nuts, a nectarine and CARROTS.
Dinner was a marinated flank steak, butternut squash roasted in the oven and leftover sweet potato that Michael made the other day.
