Fitness and Food – Oct 19
I am going to start posting more about my training plan, runs, workouts and nutrition. I am trying to drop some extra water weight this week and so my diet has gone lower carb with more water intake and more sweating.
Also, I wasn’t feeling a 5 mile run today so I will push that to tomorrow and today I did 45 minutes on the stationary bike (random hills program) and then sat in the sauna for 20+ minutes. I am assuming we will go back to the gym later and I will do some weights and stretching.
