Yesterday, I thought wouldn’t that soup be just great for lunch. So I pulled it out of the fridge and for some reason, looked at the NI again. Oops. Do you see the mistake I made? Does it jump out to you like it did to me the second time I looked. 5 SERVINGS IN THAT ONE CONTAINER. At 280 calories a serving (or something close to that). And I could easily eat the entire container. It is really not that big.
That is more than just an indulgence on a long run day. Even if I had the extra calories to spend, would I want to spend them all on a bowl of soup? It makes me wonder about the NI from the restaurant itself. Have I been underestimating this while time?
The pictures are horrible and I apologize. I am up early on this Saturday morning to go do a long run. The plan was for 12, but due to some foot issues it may be cut short. I am going to see how it goes.
