I did my 10 miles this morning and the first thing I will say is they were SLOW. TURTLE slow. But if I believe McMillan running, then I was right on track for a “long run.”
The thing that I am most pleased with about this morning is that I ran ALL OF IT. So it may have been slow, but no walking.
And now I get to sit around ALL DAY and watching the Ironman from Hawaii. And enjoying all of those extra calories I can consume. How many carrots and nectarines would be 1,000 calories? Hahahaha.
