What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW)
I am clinging to the food-tracking wagon. Actually feels like I am being dragged behind it. And it is making me cranky. But I will keep on track and do my best. And this is what I ate Tuesday. Enjoy.
Breakfast: Coffee, Vitamins, Viactiv and a Biscotti. It is Trainer Day. I need to eat something.
After the gym, I had a small bowl of Frosted Flakes.
Lunch: French Onion Soup, half a piece of garlic naan (SO buying this at Costco from now on) and the last of the TJ’s hummus.
Dinner: TJ’s Flat Iron Steaks, half of a baked potato with ICBINB and broccoli.
And after all of the thinking about dinner and making dinner and eating dinner, I FORGOT to take a picture of dinner.
Snacks: Peach, Nectarine and Carrots (see a pattern here)
This is all I have the calorie bank for. But, I do think that under 300 calories for my session with a personal trainer is LOW. He kicks my ass. But I don’t know any better way to account for the calorie burn.
