Working from home gives me the freedom to schedule my day in unusual ways. But my morning routine is no longer working for me.
I would really to rearrange it all. Be more efficient and shorten the overall duration of the morning routine. This make take some trial and error. But the most important step is, NONE OF IT WORKS WITHOUT THIS, is to get up and immediately get dressed and go to the gym. Maybe I could take my vitamins in the car on the way home? Maybe I could drink my coffee while getting cleaned up? Could I blog and surf while at the gym???
This will also alter my evening routine as I prep everything in advance to help me get out the door. Get my gym clothes ready. Get my vitamins ready. Charge the iPad.
Focus on one thing. Get up and go immediately to the gym. Get that step done and the rest will work itself in where it makes sense. As I type this, it is Sunday evening and I am ready to go in the morning. I will schedule this to post around 5am and then I will give you an update later in the morning. Fingers crossed.
