Breakfast: Coffee, vitamins, viactiv. Won’t actually eat anything until after the gym.After the gym, I had a strawberries wild smoothie.
Then lunch was chicken and apple sausage with a sweet potato.
There was a snack that I didn’t capture of animal crackers, a handful of nuts and a few mini pb cups from Trader Joes. And I eat these ALL DAY LONG.
Dinner was a pork chop with cinnamon apples, sugar snap peas and tsatziki sauce.
There will be some sort of snack later, probably. A piece of fruit or something.
